The key challenge with any retail concept, is how to retain the good when value engineering to go into an outlet location. What are the components that are key to the brands DNA? What are the elements that the customer will notice and be influenced by? Harbour Town is the first outlet store for Hallenstein Brothers in Australia and the result is a pared back version of the recent Botany concept. While still maintaining the Hallenstein Brothers look and feel, this store was an exercise in restraint, compromise and creativity!
